Project description : To better understand the effects of climate change on agroecosystems, and the spread of pathogens infecting human and plants, a detailed study based on genomic and transcriptomic level is necessary. We aim to investigate the effect of a warming climate on disease symptoms in infected hosts that changes behavior and disease spreading and control possibility using biocontrol agents at genomic and transcriptomic level.
Networking opportunities : I will participate to international conferences in Turkey and other countries in the frame of my available and possible grant :)
