Our research group specializes in developing sustainable, energy-efficient water treatment technologies with a strong focus on advanced materials engineering. We have extensive experience in the design and application of functional polymer fiber materials for water purification via filtration and sorption. Our expertise also includes solar-driven water distillation, atmospheric water harvesting (fog collection), and the development of environmentally friendly technologies for decentralized water treatment. We combine materials science, environmental engineering, and renewable energy approaches to develop innovative solutions for improving water quality and accessibility.
Topic 3. Smart, Secure and Adaptive Water Infrastructures for Sustainable Water Management
We are interested in joining a project. We aim to develop environmentally friendly technologies for water purification, collection, and distillation that consume low energy. In the field of water, we have experience with water purification via filtration and sorption on polymer fibers, solar water distillation, and fog harvesting. We have experience in materials engineering, particularly with fiber materials.
