a project to join

With expertise in aquatic microbial ecology, I am happy to join a project considering aspects of water monitoring for chemical, microbiological and eDNA for aquatic biodiversity monitoring. Together with other colleagues in the university, we can contribute to field sampling and processing of aquatic environments in Uganda to contribute to wider multinational data integration.

Topic 1. Integrated Monitoring and Assessment for Sustainable Water Management
Topic 2. Nature-Based Approaches for Resilient Water Management at Hydrological and Hydrogeological System Scale

In this call I am interested in joining a consortium working on either Topic 1 or Topic 2. There is limited contribution of African-based data in global studies and by involving a team from Kabale University, the project will provide an opportunity to avail and integrate data from underrepresented geographical region.
