I am part of a team involving Tunisian and French researchers. The team is working on topics such as groundwater governance and farmers' strategies for adapting to increasing water scarcity in Tunisia.
Topic 4. Resilient Water Systems Through Systemic Change, Policy Coherence and Inclusive Governance
Looking for opportunities for a project involving European and Tunisian case studies, on topics such as: 1) collaborative groundwater governance, 2) participatory definition of adaptation strategies to climate change (particularly in terms of increasing water scarcity) at various levels (farms, agricultural value chains, public policies), 3) innovative organizational settings to provide support in helping farmers increase water use efficiency, make use of smart irrigation devices, and understand and adopt structural changes to adapt to climate change.
