Topic 1. Integrated Monitoring and Assessment for Sustainable Water Management
Topic 3. Smart, Secure and Adaptive Water Infrastructures for Sustainable Water Management
Topic 4. Resilient Water Systems Through Systemic Change, Policy Coherence and Inclusive Governance
Walckense Engineering seeks to join a Water4All 2026 consortium as a self-funded African field research partner, contributing a pre-existing GPS-verified community water intelligence dataset unique to the Niger Delta — one of the world's most data-scarce and ecologically complex water environments. We align with Topics 1, 3 and 4. Our eleven published SN-ESIRI field bulletins and ten Niger Delta Basin Development Authority government-certified borehole water quality samples — cross-matched to named households at sub-10-metre GPS accuracy — provide an immediately available integrated monitoring and assessment dataset for a geography where such evidence has never previously existed at community resolution. Our nine-layer GIS WASH Intelligence Platform integrating GPS infrastructure data, certified water quality results, Sentinel-1 SAR flood overlays and WorldPop population exposure addresses smart adaptive infrastructure intelligence in a compound-risk environment.
We bring what European partners cannot generate remotely — certified field evidence, confirmed government counterpart engagement through RSSTOWA and a published open dataset ready for consortium integration. We seek a European research lead whose methodological strengths complement our Niger Delta field intelligence.
