a partner (for my project)
I am the Director of the Joint Application and Research Center for Food Supply Security and Digitalization (GADOM) and an Associate Professor in the Department of Software Engineering.
Our expertise covers artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain-based traceability, data analytics, and software engineering, with a particular focus on digital transformation in agriculture and food systems. We have been involved in the development and implementation of research projects on agricultural production traceability, AI-based monitoring and decision-support systems, and digital technologies for sustainable food production. Our ongoing work also includes the integration of sensor data, satellite/remote sensing data, AI/ML models, and blockchain technologies for monitoring, traceability, and data-driven decision-making.

Topic 1. Integrated Monitoring and Assessment for Sustainable Water Management
We are developing a project concept on sustainable agricultural water management, focusing on the use of digital technologies to improve the monitoring, assessment, and transparency of water use in agricultural production. The project will explore the integration of IoT-based monitoring, satellite/remote sensing data, artificial intelligence, and digital traceability approaches to support more efficient and data-driven water management.
We are looking for partners with complementary expertise in water resources management, hydrology, remote sensing, agricultural water management, and field-level validation. Participation of organisations with access to relevant pilot areas, water management authorities, or agricultural stakeholders would also be valuable.
