We are Lisa Scholten and Omar Kammouh at Delft University of Technology (Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management), exploring participation in Water4All 2026.

Lisa brings expertise in decision analysis and behavioural decision science for water infrastructure planning and management. She develops and validates methods for multi-stakeholder decision support, including multi-criteria decision analysis under uncertainty, preference elicitation, problem structuring and model-based facilitation with decision-makers. She leads the open-source Python MCDA library Decisi-o-rama.

Omar brings expertise in infrastructure resilience, optimisation, complex systems modelling and asset management. His work develops quantitative models and decision-support methods for maintenance and investment planning, accounting for dependencies between infrastructure sectors.

We are interested in joining an existing consortium. We can contribute infrastructure resilience assessment, optimisation and complex systems modelling, together with multi-criteria decision analysis, preference modelling and facilitated decision processes with water-sector actors. We are open to shaping the research direction with partners.
