I am a researcher in water resources with a focus on the Amazon region. My interests include the hydrology of tropical watersheds, surface–groundwater interactions, rainfall and flood dynamics, and the effects of climate change and land-use change on water availability and quality. I am particularly interested in using remote sensing, together with field observation and hydrological modeling, to analyze these processes and to support more sustainable water management in the Amazon.
