Water Tracker is an Israeli Climate-Tech company specializing in AI-driven water intelligence, digital twins, and data integration for smart and resilient water systems.
We specialize in integrating diverse water-system data—SCADA, IoT sensors, smart meters, water-quality measurements, GIS, asset information, environmental datasets, and external APIs—into a single intelligence layer. We use AI/ML, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and risk-scoring models to identify emerging operational and water-quality risks and turn complex data into actionable decision support.
We are particularly interested in collaborative R&D addressing integrated water monitoring, data interoperability, AI-enabled digital twins, predictive maintenance, water-quality risk assessment, and smart, secure, and adaptive water infrastructure. Water Tracker can contribute technology architecture, data integration, AI/ML development, digital-twin capabilities, operational dashboards and decision-support tools, as well as the development and validation of real-world use cases with water utilities, municipalities, industrial facilities, and other water-intensive operators.
Topic 1. Integrated Monitoring and Assessment for Sustainable Water Management
Topic 2. Nature-Based Approaches for Resilient Water Management at Hydrological and Hydrogeological System Scale
Topic 3. Smart, Secure and Adaptive Water Infrastructures for Sustainable Water Management
Topic 4. Resilient Water Systems Through Systemic Change, Policy Coherence and Inclusive Governance
Water Tracker is seeking partners to develop a collaborative R&D project for the Water4All 2026 Joint Transnational Call focused on an AI-driven Digital Twin and Decision Intelligence Platform for smart, secure, and adaptive water systems.
The proposed project will develop and validate an interoperable digital framework capable of integrating heterogeneous data from SCADA systems, IoT sensors, smart meters, water-quality measurements, GIS, infrastructure assets, environmental datasets and external APIs. The integrated data will feed an AI-enabled digital twin combining anomaly detection, predictive analytics and risk assessment to identify emerging operational and water-quality risks and provide actionable decision support for water-system operators.
The project aims to demonstrate how advanced data integration, AI, and digital twins can improve early detection of anomalies, infrastructure resilience, predictive maintenance, water-quality management, and operational efficiency while reducing response time, water losses, energy consumption, and operator workload.
Water Tracker will contribute its existing technology platform and MVP, data-integration architecture, AI/ML and anomaly-detection capabilities, digital-twin framework, risk and decision-support tools, and operational user interfaces.
