Field of Expertise: Our department specializes in Chemical Education and Science Communication, with a specific focus on the "Science-to-Society" and "Science-to-Policy" interface. We bridge the gap between science research and public understanding through evidence-based educational frameworks.
Main Skills & Contributions: ● Scientific Content Transformation: We translate complex water-chemistry data into accessible educational scenarios for diverse stakeholders, including politicians and policymakers. ● Innovative Educational Modeling: We operate a specialized facility for creating high-fidelity hands-on molecular models used to visualize chemical processes that are otherwise invisible to the lay public. ● Multi-Channel Outreach: Development of digital educational ecosystems (E-Learning, videos, shorts, etc.). ● Stakeholder Engagement & Training: We have extensive experience in lifelong learning, developing courses for teachers, policymakers, and other stakeholders in chemistry and environmental studies.
We offer a unique 'Science-to-Society' bridge that directly addresses the Water4All Topic 4 objectives and the mandatory Knowledge Hub (KH) requirements. We have experience translating scientific knowledge into formats understandable to a wide range of target audiences, from the general public to policymakers and politicians. We are keen to draw on the expertise (described above) of our team members gained through our previous projects, including research and applied projects such as BRAINPOoL (Bringing Alternative Indicators into Policy) and Cooperation of Municipalities to Improve the Quality of Public Administration Using the LA21 Method (a national project supported by EU funding), ComLab, etc.

We will use online tools, like Zoom, to ensure we can all work together effectively. For personal meetings, we would be delighted to have the opportunity to invite you to Prague, or we would be happy to visit your city.
