I am a post doc researcher looking to join an aquatic based project - surface water or groundwater. My specialty is in using diatoms as bioindicators of water quality. I have a 14 year diatom record of the upper reaches of the economically important Great Fish River in the Karoo. In addition, I am currently working on biomonitoring of the polluted part of the river flowing through the town of Cradock. Four manuscripts with coauthors.
