Water Quality and Microbiology Testing Services I specialize in testing water quality and microbiology, focusing on the detection and analysis of pathogens from environmental water samples. Below are the key tests I can perform on any water source: Escherichia coli (E. coli) A crucial indicator of fecal contamination and a potential sign of the presence of harmful bacteria. Keywords: fecal contamination, enteric bacteria, waterborne illness Norovirus A highly contagious virus that spreads through contaminated water, leading to gastroenteritis. Keywords: gastroenteritis, viral contamination, wastewater monitoring Giardia lamblia A protozoan parasite causing giardiasis, commonly transmitted through contaminated drinking water.
Keywords: waterborne parasites, protozoa, cyst contamination Legionella pneumophila The bacterium responsible for Legionnaires' disease, often found in water systems such as cooling towers, hot tubs, and plumbing systems.
Keywords: waterborne bacteria, aerosol transmission, Legionnaires' disease These pathogens are critical for ensuring safe drinking water and effective monitoring of water contamination risks. Through accurate detection and analysis, I contribute to maintaining public health and preventing waterborne diseases.

My background in water pathogen testing, microbiology, and molecular genetics positions me as a strong candidate for projects focused on water quality and pathogen detection. Below is a refined version of my profile:
I have extensive experience in setting up and conducting qPCR and Digital PCR tests for detecting various pathogens in wastewater and environmental samples. I led the establishment of a laboratory from the ground up, making it fully operational and successfully identifying critical viruses such as Coronavirus, Influenza A and B, Norovirus, and Monkeypox in wastewater. My work also encompasses water quality chemistry and microbiological testing for pathogens, including Escherichia coli, Giardia lamblia, and Legionella pneumophila, all of which are essential for monitoring contamination risks.
With a robust background in genetics and microbiology, I possess a deep understanding of the molecular mechanisms related to pathogen detection and antibiotic resistance. I am particularly focused on advancing water recycling technologies through innovative pathogen monitoring and control systems.
