HKTM is a leading motion control technology company renowned for its advanced R&D capabilities. Our R&D collaborations have led to the development of 3 patents, 2 utility models, and 7 products. With 25 nationally and internationally funded projects by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the EU, we uphold international standards. HKTM is now looking to collaborate with partners interested in advancing cold plasma technology for industry water treatment.

Topic 1. Enhancement of water circularity in industries
Topic 4. Economic, environmental and social implications of water reuse and recovered products

The primary objective of this project is to develop and implement cold plasma technology for industrial water treatment systems, improving water circularity by:
1- Increasing water reuse within industrial processes through efficient removal of organic and inorganic contaminants.
2- Reducing energy consumption and chemical use in the water treatment process.
3- Achieving near-zero wastewater discharge by promoting water recycling and minimizing the volume of hazardous residues.
4-Demonstrating the scalability of cold plasma systems across different industrial sectors.

We aim to involve companies from specified countries to collaborate on the environmental impact assessment, risk evaluation, and data analysis segments of the project.
