We would like to join international projects on Topic 1 and/or 3. Our goal is to advance technologies along the innovation ladder, demonstrating their potential in operational enviroments and scale-up.
Focus interests: Topic 1: We have developed several oxidative technologies we would like to integrate in to water reuse projects. Firstly, an in-situ H2O2 production cell that can produce high quality hydrogenperoxide on demand and in the water matrix. We would like to develop it further to be used in industrial applications, enabling disinfection as well as the exploitation of wastewater and sewage for increased circularity. Secondly, we have developed an improved solar disinfection process using new materials, katalysing oxidative processes for disinfection and CeC removal. Topic 3: We have develeoped several processes that extract nutrients (e.g. P, N, struvite) and energy (biogas) from wastewater and organic wastes. We would like to work on resource recovery from these streams and explore syneriges with circular water applications such as water reuse.
