I am currently a PhD student in Water and Environmental Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, I am a research professor at the University of Cuenca - Ecuador since 2013, I belong to the research group of Applied Chemistry The research topic I am developing for the doctorate is related to the use of Californian worm filters for wastewater treatment. get involved in research groups to deepen my knowledge, and generate new ideas to reproduce in my country Ecuador.

I would like to get involved in projects related to wastewater treatment and circular economy, the use of microorganisms for purification, disinfection of wastewater without chlorine for agricultural use, the employment of California worms for the removal of microplastics and emerging contaminants, projects that study new technologies for purification that can benefit vulnerable communities, and cost-effective treatment technologies for communities with limited resources.
