I can contribute to this project by combining knowledge in offshore and ocean engineering and research, innovation, and stakeholder management. My background includes the study offshore structures, floating systems, mooring dynamics and marine renewable energy, using tools such as hydrodynamics, numerical and physical modelling, uncertainty quantification, and reliability analysis.

With this knowledge I can study the interactions between floating systems and fishing activities, including moorings, nets, navigation, safety zones, operational constraints and displacement of fishing effort. I can also contribute to the design of monitoring approaches, data workflows, decision-support tools and methods to inform guidance for co-management.

Additionally, I also have expertise in high-value negotiations, which is likely to be an important part of the project when managing conflicts.
