OLSPS, also is the developer of the Olrac Fisheries Electronic Logbook (eLog) application which has a client base spanning several countries and jurisdictions around the world. The OLRAC solution is an affordable, multi-level software tool which can be deployed on mobile (iOS and Android) devices and Windows based laptops. PA1 - Digital Twins of the Oceans (DTO) at regional sub basin scale
PA2 - Blue economy sectors, development of marine multi-use infrastructures
PA3 - Planning and managing sea-uses at the regional level
We are looking to develop our mobile (Android and iOS) eLog software to provide additional socio-economic and environmental data to address critical gaps related to fishing activities, fisheries management, and the physical environment as an integral part of a broader project objective. We believe that inclusive data collection is vital for effective fisheries management and marine spatial planning. Our highly customisable eLog, capable of integrating multiple data streams and transmitting data in real-time, now runs daily onboard 100s of vessels around the world. Our goals include providing accurate and reliable data that will represent better small-scale fishers in the blue economy and improve spatiotemporal data for maritime observations and fisheries management.
