10 years of experience, both academic and technical, in the socio-environmental and climate fields.

Currently, PhD candidate in Environmental Science at the Institute of Energy and Environment (IEE) at the University of São Paulo (USP), conducting research on governance and citizen participation in Nature-based Solutions (NbS). Has complementary academic training related to climate policy, protected areas, and territorial planning. Since 2022, has been supporting the executive secretariat of the Ambiente & Sociedade Journal - SciELO (Qualis A2), an annual publication in the field of Applied Social Sciences.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in climate change and socio-environmental issues in both technical and academic fields. I have executed projects related to carbon credit initiatives within the AFOLU/REDD+ framework, taught a course on Nature-based Solutions as an agent of development, developed and supported the management of multiple projects in the subnational Brazilian context, including initiatives addressing Bioeconomy and Conservation Finance in an Amazon state.

Also, I obtained relevant international certifications, such as Professional Certification on the IUCN Global Standard on Nature-based Solutions and Future 17 Sustainable Development Goals Challenge Program. Furthermore, I possess advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, and in my native language, Portuguese. Another relevant skill is an intermediary proficiency in GIS.

I am looking to projects that I can support socio-environmental activities, as:
- Conducting socioeconomic and environmental diagnostics to guide project strategies and outcomes.
- Engaging and raising awareness among local communities to promote understanding and collaboration.
- Organizing and conducting public consultations and stakeholder meetings to gather contributions, address concerns, and maintain transparency.
- Advocating for and implementing FPIC principles, ensuring that local communities have autonomy to make informed decisions about participation in the project.
- Facilitating the co-creation of a Theory of Change to establish a clear roadmap for achieving project objectives.
- Implementing monitoring systems to track project activities, assess progress, and ensure compliance with environmental and social standards.
