Senior scientific Researcher in biology, focused on benthic marine and freshwater organisms, in the Impact Studies Laboratory of GeoEcoMar. I graduated from the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences, Biology Specialisation, at Ovidius University in 2008 and from 2008 to 2010 I attended Master's Degree "Conservation of Biodiversity '' at the same faculty in Constanta. In 2017 I finished the doctoral program at IOSUD - "Dunărea de Jos'' University of Galati, Doctoral School of Engineering, Industrial Engineering. I received the Danubius Young Scientist Award 2019 for Romania - offered by Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe (IDM) and Austrian Ministry of Education, Science and Research (BMBWF)- for my contribution in advancing the scientific profile of the Danube Region and who also engage myself in the scientific examination of the multifaceted issues and questions specifically related to the Danube Region. I was INVITED LECTURE - Presentation lecture for students at Advanced Master in Sustainable Blue Growth second edition, jointly organised by the University of Trieste and OGS, and also from the students from the Summer School on sustainable blue economy in the euro-Mediterranean region (June 2019) organised by the OGS. Experience in project implementation: team member in 24 projects and in 7 contracts. Manager RO-ESFRI-ERIC- POC D3MN project:'' Analysis of the potential for sustainable use of vegetation specific to the Danube Delta-Black Sea system”.

We are looking for feasible projects for their implementation on the Romanian coast of the Black Sea. The GeoEcoMar Institute has extensive experience as a partner in several projects implemented at the Black Sea, especially regarding the Blue Growth Concept. GeoEcoMar is currently the coordinator of the H2020 DOORS project, working closely with stakeholders and other projects and initiatives in the Black Sea region. GeoEcoMar is also involved, as a partner, in other H2020 projects, such as BRIDGE-BS, BLACK SEA CONNECT, CERTO, MICS, NAIAD, MONOCLE, HYDRALAB+, EMSO Link și EMSO DEV, etc
