.Aquatera Atlántico, an SME founded in 2021, it is the headquarters of the Aquatera Group in Europe. The company offers specialised consulting services in the blue economy sectors, with recognised expertise in blue energy through intensive knowledge acquired during more than 20 years of experience of the Aquatera group in projects and initiatives driven in these sectors around the world. Aquatera Atlántico is based in the Canary Islands, Spain. Aquatera Atlántico participates in research, development and innovation (R&D) initiatives, through several European research projects. In this area, the company collaborates with governments, academic institutions, and organizations in the blue economy sectors and the community, in order to share, disseminate and apply research related to the marine environment. Aquatera Atlántico uses software and hardware developed by the Aquatera Group to provide new and better ways to present complex technical information to the public, governments and regulatory bodies. As well as novel methods for monitoring, characterizing and measuring environmental parameters and conditions; and new engineering designs applied to the blue energy sector. The company is currently immersed in a series of innovative projects ranging from the development of cutting-edge technology to initiatives related to environmental sustainability.
