looking for a project to join: Mediterranean aquaculture precision farming, Innovative predictive models based on precision aquaculture: a proof of concept on an experimental seabass ongrowing farm. We are proposing to use a Dynamic Energy Budget model as predictive mechanistic model. The use of this type of model in aquaculture is increasing because it is able, for example, to cope with between-fish variability, or to make predictions, in real-world scenarios, where temperature and other environmental drivers are continuously changing. For completeness, this end-to-end system will be also compared with conventional (manual) feeding. These three comparisons will be done at an experimental fish farm.
