STRATAGEM is an independent R&D&I SME committed to work on research and innovation projects towards sustainable development. We are valuable, experienced partners in EU research proposals and projects, able to assist and add value to a good consortium, proposal and project as we offer expertise and we can lead roles on many horizontal aspects of an EU funded project like:
•Sustainability& Environmental assessments, Life cycle Analysis (LCA) and assessment (Environmental LCA, Life Cycle Cost Analysis (Economic - LCC) and social LCA (s-LCA)), Measure Evaluation plans & Assessments.
•Innovation Management including IPs mapping and IPR management, Business plans & Innovative Business models creation, Ecosystem model creation and management, Commercialisation activities, Go-To-Market strategies, Replication plans, Standardisation.
•Community engagement (Academia, Industrial, Social, Ecosystems, etc),Dissemination, Exploitation, Communication (creating and leading the “Branding” of a European funded project), Clustering and liaison with EU and other Initiatives (like BRIDGE, RMIS, etc).
At present we participate in 5 HORIZON EUROPE, 5 H2020 projects and 4 RIF (RESTART) projects, leading WP and Tasks relevant to the above mentioned expertise. Finally, we are in close collaboration with various institutions spread all over Europe, having an established & growing Network of quality partners with which we would be happy to engage.
