My expertise / skills :	We focuse on digestive tract microbiota, selection of beneficial microbes, bacteriocin-producing, purification and characterization of their bacteriocins, applying of benefical strains to maintain optimal health status of animals, application of their bacteriocins to food-producing animals and also social animals (horses, dogs) to maintain health in husbandry and in animals, in general. To optimize microbial status, influence on parameters such as imunological, biochemichal, hematological, morphometry in food-animals also meat or carcass quality.
