Dr. Eng. Cristina Mihaela Dobre (female) is a PhD scientific researcher III with over 20 years’ experience in the field of climate change, environmental impact assessment, smart agriculture, data analysis, air quality modelling. She graduated from Faculty of Physics, University of Bucharest, specialization Physics and Environmental Protection, she is an engineer with a Master of Science in Meteorology and Earth Science from University of Bucharest, Faculty of Physics Romania and earned Ph.D. from 2011 in air quality modelling and telemetry from the Polytechnics University of Bucharest, Romania. She is the author of 1 book, published over 30 articles in ISI and BDI journals, 40 in proceedings and conference volume. Also, she is project manager at 20 international projects and team member of 10 national and international projects.

BEIA Consult International is a Romanian R&D-intensive SME with extensive expertise in Smart Agriculture, Precision Farming, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, smart irrigation, crop monitoring and climate-resilient agricultural technologies.

With over 30 years of ICT experience and participation in more than 60 R&D&I projects, BEIA develops intelligent agricultural monitoring systems, AI-based crop disease detection solutions, predictive models, UAV-assisted monitoring, sensor networks and cloud-based decision-support platforms.

Our capabilities cover the entire technology development cycle, including AI/ML modelling, IoT integration, agricultural data analytics, smart water management, prototyping, pilot deployment and field validation.

We are looking for international consortia preparing Horizon Europe Cluster 6, PRIMA, Water4All, Eureka and Eurostars proposals.

BEIA can contribute as a technology developer, R&D partner, technical WP leader or agricultural pilot validation partner.

We are particularly interested in collaborative projects addressing sustainable farming, agricultural digitalisation, climate adaptation, crop protection, water efficiency and AI-driven precision agriculture.
