Open Impact supports EU projects by building the impact evidence layer, from proposal design through monitoring, evaluation and policy uptake. We develop impact frameworks, KPIs and outcome measurement systems, while integrating project, stakeholder, territorial and policy data into interoperable models, dashboards and evidence repositories. We also translate evidence into economic and policy scenarios, using impact chains, proxies and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
