I am an expert in the analysis of the plant-microorganism interaction, especially focused on the development of bacterial biostimulants with different biotechnological purposes of environmental and agricultural interest. In addition, I have extensive experience in the metataxonomic, functional and ecological analysis of microbial populations through mass sequencing techniques and bioinformatics analysis, to achieve a translational approach to developments of ecological and biotechnological interest.

I am interested in participating in Theme A or B project, contributing my experience of analyzing environmental microbiomes to understand the dynamics and changes of functionality of these communities, with the aim of finding connectors or modulators through multifactorial studies to determine the relationships with other economic, climatic or environmental parameters.
