INTRASENSORS is a Belgian technology and engineering SME specialising in applied R&I, IoT, smart sensing, wireless connectivity, edge AI and environmental/industrial monitoring. We develop and integrate sensor-based solutions for real-world field applications, including data acquisition, remote monitoring, AI-assisted analysis and decision-support.
For biodiversity and ecosystem research, we can contribute expertise in environmental sensing, IoT and wireless sensor networks, edge computing and AI-enabled data processing, sensor/data integration and fusion, field demonstrators, and monitoring solutions for remote or off-grid environments. We are particularly interested in projects where advanced sensing and digital technologies can improve the scalability, spatial coverage and cost-effectiveness of biodiversity and ecosystem monitoring.
Relevant experience includes AI-assisted water-quality monitoring (SensLiQ), IoT and sensor applications in agriculture and environmental monitoring (AgriSense), remote/industrial condition monitoring, and wireless connectivity solutions for challenging and off-grid environments (WiRo).
