I am an early-career soil ecologist and nematologist at the National Research Institute of Horticulture in Skierniewice (InHort, Poland). My research focuses on soil fauna biodiversity, bio-indicators, and sustainable agricultural practices. In our biodiversity laboratory we combine classical morphological taxonomy with modern molecular approaches to assess soil health and belowground food webs in horticultural cropping systems.

In general looking to join a study with a holistic approach in which soil biota, plant cover, nutrient flow, etc., - along a climatic transect in which natural (forest, grazing sites, etc.,) and agro-ecosystems are included.
Would like to take part in soil biota composition, diversity, and functionality - mainly -bacteria, fungi, and soil-free living nematodes and if requested soil microarthropods or earthworms as well.
