Mindfully Wired Communications was founded back in 2012 with a simple, environmentally-focused mission: to blend science and creativity to tell a new, more human, story of sustainability. We create connections and deliver communications that drive positive impact and change behaviours – always informed by expert understanding and the communities we work with. Our projects have covered both terrestrial and marine issues and systems. We provide the following services: - Communications strategies - Campaign strategies & concepts - Stakeholder engagement - Media relations - Social media - Brand identity & messaging - On & offline design - Events creation & management - Facilitation & rapporteuring
As Senior Research & Innovation Lead at Mindfully Wired, I lead our communications and stakeholder engagement work for a range of UK and EU projects and consortia including CIBBRiNA, ECO-CATCH and Clean Catch. We focus on bringing together and facilitating collaboration by a spectrum of stakeholders from civil society, government, academia, and industry; and ensuring that project outputs not only reach target audiences but inspire uptake and action.

We have wide-ranging interests when it comes to the environmental sphere. The majority of our projects to date have focused on marine conservation and sustainable fishing, but we are actively seeking more opportunities in terrestrial projects (or river-to-sea ones); for example, nature-based solutions, nature-friendly farming, and rewilding.
