I am looking
for a project to join
Field of expertise: 2D/3D Scientific Illustration — Human & Veterinary Anatomy
Keywords: 3D anatomical modeling (Blender), medical imaging (CT/MRI/DICOM), biomechanics visualization, scientific/medical illustration
Ongoing project: Human and veterinary anatomy modeler for Z-Anatomy (2024–2026), an open-source 3D anatomy atlas — including a feline anatomy model built from CT scans and MRIs in partnership with VetAgroSup (Lyon) and the University of Montréal.
Through Z-Anatomy, I build an open-source 3D anatomical atlas making human and veterinary anatomy freely accessible for education and research. I've already created a feline anatomy model from CT/MRI data, in partnership with VetAgroSup (Lyon) and the University of Montréal.
I'd like to extend this work toward animal welfare and ecosystem preservation: 3D models of threatened or under-documented wildlife species, educational tools for wildlife veterinary medicine, conservation-awareness materials, and digital alternatives to animal dissection in teaching.
Partnership sought
I'm looking for a partner who can provide:
Medical imaging data (CT/MRI scans) or anatomical specimens of wild species Scientific expertise in conservation biology, ecology, or wildlife veterinary medicine to guide and validate content Institutional backing (research lab, conservation NGO, zoo, or university) to access study material and reach a wider scientific/educational audience
In return, I contribute 3D modeling, scientific illustration, and visualization skills, with all outputs released open-source.
