I am an ecosystem ecologist with a focus on terrestrial biogeochemistry. My research expertise is ecosystem processes related to carbon cycling, including carbon flux measurements, decomposition experiments. I also have extensive experience in trait-based ecology, linking plant functional traits to ecosystem functioning. I am keen on collaborating on projects to investigate the understanding the functioning of novel ecosystems as well as pathways to novel ecosystems.
