I am looking
for a partner (for my project)
My expertise lies in plant–microbe interactions, plant microbiomes, and plant adaptation to environmental stress, particularly in ecosystems affected by toxic metals. My research combines microbial ecology, plant physiology, molecular approaches and community-level analyses to understand how microorganisms influence plant performance and ecosystem functioning. I am currently leading an NCN OPUS project on plant–microbiome interaction networks in metal hyperaccumulation and exclusion strategies.
I am currently developing a proposal for the upcoming Biodiversa+ BiodivFuture call and am looking for international partners interested in joining the consortium.
The project will focus on biodiversity, ecosystem functioning and resilience of grassland ecosystems under strong environmental pressures, with particular interest in plant–microbiome interactions and ecosystem trajectories.
I am especially looking for partners with expertise in grassland ecology, vegetation ecology, functional biodiversity, restoration ecology, ecological modelling, or with access to relevant field sites.
