Our research focuses on Mediterranean terrestrial ecosystems, including forests, agroecosystems, and restored landscapes that are increasingly shaped by climate change, land-use change, and biological invasions. These emerging ecosystems provide an excellent opportunity to investigate biodiversity dynamics, ecosystem functioning, and nature-based solutions, while supporting evidence-based management and conservation strategies. We are eager to contribute our expertise in biodiversity monitoring, ecological field studies, spatial analysis, and stakeholder engagement within an interdisciplinary international consortium.
