ARDEM (Research and Development for Environment and Sustainability SME) is a profit SME based in Türkiye, focusing on biodiversity conservation, climate adaptation, ecosystem restoration, and sustainable development. Our team brings interdisciplinary expertise in:
Biodiversity monitoring and data collection, including GIS-based mapping, citizen science, and nature-based solutions
Community engagement and environmental education, particularly with local stakeholders, youth, and NGOs
EU-funded project implementation, including Horizon Europe, LIFE, Erasmus+, and Interreg programmes
Policy analysis and advocacy, especially on the integration of biodiversity strategies into local and regional governance
We are particularly interested in partnerships under biodiversity governance, nature-based solutions, ecological corridors, and community-led restoration efforts, and are open to both coordination and partnership roles.
