I'm an applied mathematician with a background in control theory. I'm senior researcher at INRAE (France's National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment)
I work on the modelling of ecosystems with two main application fields: the lake ecosystems with a focus on cyanobacterial blooms dynamics, and the agricultural ecosystems, with a focus on the impact of livestock on soil (including plants and soil micro-organisms) ecosystems.
I also work on the control of ecosystems, in particular in bioprocesses.
