I am looking for a project to join
The UCAM-SENS is a scientific unit that strives for the digital transformation of key domains such as Health, Sport, Food and the Environment using advanced (bio)chemical sensing based on electrochemistry and imaging principles. The UCAM-SENS is led by two well-recognized worldwide investigators, Prof. Maria Cuartero (ERC Fellow) and Prof. Gaston Crespo, who after an extensive academic career in Switzerland and Sweden of ten years, set this unique research and educational environment at the UCAM.

The Unit is focused on developing new chemical sensing concepts for detecting ions and molecules. Then, those concepts are applied to micro and nano configurations for analytical applications within the environmental field, such as submersible probes that can monitor in real-time and continuously ions in lakes, oceans, and lagoons.

Most relevant publications in this field:
Electrochemistry
UCAM-SENS is looking to join a project that completes the in situ monitoring of nutrients in oceans, water basins, lagoons, and rivers by remote sensing for biodiversity studies in those environments. We have a great capacity to transform challenges into solutions offering innovative approaches in the areas of electrochemistry, chemical sensing and remote sensing.

Please don´t hesitate to contact us for further inquires.
chemical sensing, electrochemistry, remote sensing, in situ, real-time, monitoring, ions, biomolecules, and submersible probes.
UCAM-SENS is always open to networking with great scientists, stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and companies in the pro of science.

Next conference that we will attend will be 75th Annual Meeting of the International Society of Electrochemistry, from the 18th to 23rd of August, in Montreal, Canada.
