We are working on exploring the nutritional value of foods reported below species level (i.e. variety/cultivar/breed level) or for wild and underutilized foods to estimate the contribution of biodiversity to nutrition and to promote biodiversity and to help researchers in agriculture to select those crops/breeds with a high‐quality nutritional profile for agricultural research.
We would like to join projects that works on biodiversity indicators to improve the evidence base of the importance of biodiversity to nutrition. We can also conduct analysis to explore nutritional value of underutilized crops or wild edible plants to understand the impact of biodiversity on food security.
