My scientific career is focused on plant molecular biology and epigenetics of non-model plant species, often polyploids with modified ways of reproduction. I study genetic and epigenetic regulations and modifications of their genomes. The current research is focused on the mechanisms of reproduction of the genus Rosa combining sexual reproduction with apomixis and its possible impacts on the genome diversity and evolution.
