With a training in population and quantitative genetics, I lead a lab at the Swiss Federal Research Institute WSL in Evolutionary Genetics. My group is mainly financed by my ERC CoG MyGardenOfTrees (https://www.mygardenoftrees.eu/). We study the phenotypic and genomic basis of local adaptation in forest trees using a mixture of citizen science and coordinated distributed experiments, we study hybridization between native and introduced forest tree species, we address the social acceptance of assisted migration in forestry, and also develop a database of genetic diversity (macrogenetics).
