for a project to join
I work on the propagation and in vitro conservation of plants using biotechnological methods. I teach undergraduate and graduate courses on the aforementioned topics, as well as in the formulation of projects in the Master's degrees in Agricultural Biotechnology and Sciences. Coordinator UNESCO Chair in Agricultural Biotechnology for Local Development. I have 30 years of experience in research on in vitro plant cultivation and agronomy in general. I have also developed projects in urban agriculture and with the VLIR of Belgium (2017-2022). I am the coordinator of the UNESCO chair in agricultural biotechnology for local development. Director of the Center for Plant Biotechnology Studies. I am now the coordinator of the PhD program in agricultural sciences at the University of Granma. I would like to join a project that allows the use of biotechnological methods for the propagation and conservation of medicinal, aromatic and endangered plants, as well as the study of the primary and secondary metabolites they produce. The possibility of their introduction into urban agriculture systems and in environmental conditions.
