I've been working and colloborating on the identification and cahracterization of microfungi, particularly on the genera Aspergillus, Trichoderma, Fusarium on plant and soil. I have also been experienced on in vitro antagonistic (mycoparasitic) and other bioactivities (e.g. toxigenic and metabolite production) of the strains of fungi on pathogens and their investigation on molecular level and transcriptomic analyses.
