I am a member of the Argos Lab (see below). We are interested in joining a consortium to apply for the call.
We can provide competencies in the business and management fields. Our expertise ranges from impact analyses, cost-benefit analyses, business models, business communication and sustainable governance. For example, we can contribute to the following tasks-WPs:
-Business modelling (Desk analysis, testing, benchmarking, design, etc.)
-Business planning
-Long-term financial viability
-Life Cycle Costing
-Cost-benefit analysis
-Multi-Dimensional analysis
-Analysis and identification of good business practices
-Economic and Social Impact Analysis of new business
-Analysis and valuation of ecosystemic services
-Etc.

Argos Lab is a group of researchers from the Department of Management of the Università Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona - Italy).
Argos Lab deals, among others, with themes regarding the relationships between management/business and circular economy, bioeconomy, sustainability, climate change and biodiversity. Members of the Argos Lab have already experience as WP leaders and members in EU and national projects.

Management sciences

The project we would like to join is in the agrifood/agribusiness field or in the marine biology field through the lens of biodiversity conservation. We are also open to considering other proposals.
