I was graduated from Food Engineering Department of the Middle East Technical University (METU). I complated MSc and PhD in the Biotechnology Program of METU. I studied xylanase producing bacteria in MSc and molecular basis of genetic resistance of a plant-pathogen interactions in PhD. My post-doc study was on acetylcholinesterase gene of an insect pest. I worked as patent examiner in the Turkish Patent Institute and as R&D personel in a biotechnology based SME. I founded EARD Ecosystem and Agriculture R&D Co in 2019 by means of Techno-Entrepreneurship Capital Support Program of TÜBİTAK. Besides volunteer studies on nature protection, I have been coordinator, co-researcher and consultant in other scientific and technical projects. Recently completed projects are Identification of Genetic Identity of Vegetables Project (TÜBİTAK 1512, Project No: 2180565) and AGROHERITAGE (ERASMUS+ Project No: 2019-1-TR01-KA203-075715).
