Areas of activity: Evaluation of the state of natural/anthropogenic ecosystems, scientific argumentation of the protection status of their natural heritage; The integrated evaluation of the anthropogenic impact on State Protected Natural Areas for the purpose of their conservation and expansion in the context of the requirements of the EU Directives; Evaluation of the anthropogenic impact on the environmental components in a local and cross-border context; Assessing the state of health of stands for a better understanding of the vitality of forest ecosystems, the causes and effects of stress factors; Determining the potential impact of climate change on native species of forest ecosystems, etc.
I am looking to join projects, as partner, that 1) complex evaluate and adopte Nature-Based Solutions in Urban Green Infrastructure for biodiversity sustainable use and human well-being; 2) evaluates the impact of environmental changes (including pollution and climate change) on natural and semi-natural ecosystems, with proposals of measures to mitigate/minimize the impact; 3)complex ecological assessments on protected areas in the context of EU directives and the Republic of Moldova-EU association document.
