We develop artificial intelligence tools for analysing large text and image data sets (large language models and computer vision models) and apply these tools for nexus research at the intersection of medicine, environmental science and sustainability science. We also have expertise in systems biology, cell signaling, cell death, lysosomes. The group is fully computational but I have worked >15 years as a cancer cell biologist as well.
