I am an ecological economist, interested in sustainability transition in forestry and rural areas in general. I have experience in both quantitative research methods (surveys, econometrics, input-output analysis), and qualitative ones (interviews, ethnography). I have empirical knowledge of forest communities in Polish Carpathian mountains. Also, I am a member of inter-disciplinary research groups in the field of political ecology, spanning researchers from sociology, anthropology, social geography and biology.
