- animal breeding and genomics, genetic selection, genomics for population genetics, inbreeding calculation, genotyping, conservation plans, bioinformatics, big data management, data analysis, metagenomic analyses, microbiota analyses in various matrix, milk, modeling, infrared spectroscopy for biological samples analysis
