My lab focused on studying the mechanisms of plant disease development, plant innate immunity and plants-microbiome interactions.
My lab has built very stong expertise in genetics, genomics and other omics technologies incl. next-generation sequencing, proteomics, metabolomics, etc. We also have very strong expertise in bioinformatics and deep learning and other data science methods.
