We are actively looking to join a consortium, and it would be a great pleasure to provide our expertise on biodiversity-related fields. Within the Laboratory of Biodiversity, Molecules & Applications (LR22ES02) @University of Gabes (PIC: 933989527, MHESR, TUNISIA), we are a multidisciplinary research team working across integrative levels of complexity from genes to whole organisms in both ecosystems and agroecosystems, including agroforestry, to pursue best-practice guidelines for restoration, conservation and sustainable management. So, biotechnology and innovative tools and solutions would be issued to address challenging topics, ranging from food security, climate change adaptation and mitigation, biodiversity preservation, and to sustainable agriculture. Ongoing projects: Prof. Gorai is currently involved in numerous international projects as a coordinator (ARICA), PI (TUNGER 2+2, PHC-Utique, Leading House MENA) or member (PRIMA; 02 projects).
