After a PhD in 2010 in molecular ecology and bioinformatics, I joined the UMR 1347 Agroécologie in 2014 as a Lecturer. My main research topics are: - to characterize the spatial and temporal distribution of soil microbial communities and to understand the ecological processes determining these distribution profiles, in order to prioritize the environmental factors involved. This biogeographical approach is deployed on scales ranging from landscapes of 1000 ha to territories of several thousand square kilometers. - to understand the extent to which this microbial diversity (taxonomic and/or functional) is a determining factor in soil biological functions and associated services. My main expertises are in molecular biology and ecology, soil microbial communities, bioinformatics and biostatistics.
